Children’s privacy

Boat Axis is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), or from children under 16 in the EU and UK. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

How we protect information

The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and sits behind Cloudflare’s security network. We keep the information we hold to a minimum. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, but we work to protect what we hold.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, these providers use approved safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect information sent outside the EU or UK.
